Poor communication, vehicle now making a rattling noise, error lights now appearing (all discovered within 30 minutes of receiving my vehicle). Appears to be a very low quality repair, particularly taking into account this is a Geico preferred shop.

The staff was extremely professional the truck when I got it had some fingerprints on the bottom of the front bumper, and they literally came out and cleaned them. The car was beautifully cleaned. It looked as good as it did when I bought it, but the thing that got me, the most was the text messaging telling me where the process the car was or the truck in my case. Fantastic job hope I never have to see you again but if I have to, I'll pick better collision.
