I wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received from Better Collision. Initially, I did not choose Better Collision myself — my insurance company selected them. However, after this experience, I can confidently say I will return to them for all future collision repairs and will gladly recommend them to my friends and family. Unfortunately, my insurance company essentially lost track of me during the process, but Tyler, the General Manager, went far above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of every step of the way. His communication, professionalism, and genuine care completely changed what could have been a very frustrating experience. When I picked up my car, Tracy, the Office Coordinator, was equally wonderful. She was incredibly cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to work with. She made the final part of the process feel easy and positive. The level of customer service from the entire team was exceptional, and it truly stood out.
