Everyone was great EXCEPT the lady at the front desk. She is rude and abrasive. She needs a long course in customer service and proper front desk protocol. Answering phones and having an entire conversation on speaker phone is bizarre. Also, being someone who works a front desk, my feeling is the person in front of you is more urgent than the person on the phone. My opinion is answering a phone call and making the customer at your desk wait while you have your conversation is rude and disrespectful. She could have surely placed that call on hold. She needs to obtain some real people skills and better customer etiquette. On a better note Cheryl was AMAZING which is what gave you a 9.

I am very happy with the service. I was amazed that my car was clean inside and out I have however, a clip or two on the front just under the headlight that has nuts stayed in. It needs to be redone but other than that, I am 100% satisfied.
