I loved the updates on the car via text and phone calls. I have used another collision center in Charleston, it was a complete nightmare... Better Collision provided a completely seamless transaction of being able to drop off the car, extend the rental out when needed and were ready for me when I came to pick up the car. Repair is perfect. I would have appreciated it if a tarp had been used to cover the black interior. Dust from the repair was visible on inside headrests and seats. Staff were very polite and helpful.
