The repair itself was great. Behind the scenes arrangements with insurance and rental were great. Automated updates were confusing/misleading. It wasn’t initially clear that I’d have to make separate trips to the shop for the estimate and the repair. Car doors were left unlocked overnight at least a few times

Body work appears to be done very well. Im concerned the drive is not the same. also my pick up time date was changed multiple times. i recommend setting more clear expectations and more frequent updates. Polite staff.

Savanah did a super awesome job! She completed estimates for both of my vehicles (teen driver…ha) and guided me through the entire repair process. One vehicle down so far. She was super friendly, professional, meticulous, and kept me informed every step of the way. She made everything as easy and stress-free as possible. She even let me vent about both of my vehicles. 😃 I have over 500,000 civilian big truck miles and a 23yr Air Force maintenance background, so I really appreciate people who take pride in their work.
