Savanah did a super awesome job! She completed estimates for both of my vehicles (teen driver…ha) and guided me through the entire repair process. One vehicle down so far. She was super friendly, professional, meticulous, and kept me informed every step of the way. She made everything as easy and stress-free as possible. She even let me vent about both of my vehicles. 😃 I have over 500,000 civilian big truck miles and a 23yr Air Force maintenance background, so I really appreciate people who take pride in their work. Savanah was truly knowledgeable and just fun to work with. She’s a huge asset to Better Collision, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves!!

When I got my car back it had a sticky note on my repair papers saying that my “gas pedal” sensor won’t allow my car to go fast and there was a red flashing voltage light on when I got my car back. None of that was on before I had dropped it off and now my car is not driving correctly and I am very upset about this.
