It was a very pleasant experience. The is very pleasant and courteous. I was regularly updated on the progress. The car was ready earlier then expected and for lower price! They were kind to wait for me after hours.

The repairs were completed to my complete satisfaction. There was a minor hiccup but Max (the adjuster?) took ownership, kept me abreast of any delays and handled it in the most professional way possible. He was apologetic and very sympathetic and went way out of his way to ensure I was not inconvenienced. His actions were exemplary and should be the benchmark to which others aspire. Thanks.

Car is waiting some final parts. My son drove it home and he said it pulls to the right. When the parts come in and he takes it back, he will let them know. Exterior looks great 10.

Very nice people, but very poor quality work.

All the other shops I took it to quoted replacement of the doors or the outer skin of the door. Better Collision “fixed” it with body filler. Also, they did not reinstall plastic trim on the fender inside engine compartment. And, some of the new paint came off in first car wash the day after pickup (the car was returned dirty!)

Everyone was super polite and professional. However, I was offended by the explanation that body filler is as close to factory as possible. Replacement with OEM is closest, with non-OEM is closer. What they did was the cheapest, but it is insulting that they would claim it is closest to factory.

They did a great job on the body repair. I had couple of minor electrical problems. I took it back and they took care of them while I waited. Totally happy with their work and service.
