As it stands, I’m not completely satisfied and would not recommend the shop to family or friends. If they correct the mistake then I would recommend.

I’m not completely satisfied with the finish work on my car. The bumper is not perfectly aligned and one of the pieces has several gaps in it. My car was not returned in the state I expected. I’m not sure if that’s the quality that I can expect but I certainly expected better results given that the repair was not very difficult.

It took 2 weeks to have my car completely fixed, just to pick it up and find out they left a piece of my car in the cupholder. My side mirrors weren’t working and I had to drive back for the 6th time to get it fixed. When it was time to make a payment for the repairs, I was giving such a hard time by Max & it took forever.

My car was not handled properly. When I received my car after a week and a half there was a broken piece of my car left in the cupholder. My car was not back in alignment, my tires keep saying see Lexus of Greenville, because they aren’t in alignment as well. My side mirrors were not working properly and I had to come back to the shop for the third time to get it fixed. In addition to all of this, The job is not completed. I had a scratch on my wheel that was supposed to be fixed and Max told me to just live with it.
