I would have appreciated if they could have attempted to removed that dent on the right side of the car, but I understand why it most likely it wasn’t not done. Other than, I am very satisfied.

The initial work was done quickly and I was able to pick my car up within a day or two. We had to bring it back because they left the blind spot sensors unplugged. This was a huge inconvenience and I was not happy about this mistake.

Everything was great until I picked my car up and the blind spot sensors were not working. We had to take the car back and the technician said he forgot to hook them back up. This was a huge inconvenience. They are open until six but the front desk person was saying no one would be there at 4:30 to drop my car back off. She also was reluctant to let me return my cars for repairs at that time. I have a job and my daughter is in school until 4. It gave the impression they wanted to leave early that day even though they close at 6. I had to explain I would only drop off after work which I think is completely unnecessary.

This company and group of people are extremely helpful. They keep you up-to-date on what’s going on with your car. They worked well with me on the enterprise Rent-A-Car and filing the claim with my insurance. The workmanship on my car is beautiful. I think the back hatch works better now than it did when I bought it and the car has less than 2000 miles on it. I would highly recommend this company for repairing your car.

I think I would recommend them too just about anybody. I was very happy very satisfied. They’re actually very easy to get to also. I’m not from this area. I lived in Orie County for 18 years, but this company was very easy to find right off of 26 and I didn’t have to go a whole bunch of little back roads and look up a map to find it.
