These people are awesome. They had my truck done ahead of what they told me. They fixed a problem with the paint on the bedside. The truck was clean inside and out. Very pleased with the work.

Great service. Alexis and Megan were professional and friendly and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle from accident to pick-up. My car was finished ahead of schedule and the repairs looked outstanding. Better also assisted with obtaining and returning the rental car used during the repairs to my vehicle. Very efficient and well-run operation.

Complete no hassle experience. Alexis and Megan are friendly and professional and kept me informed as my vehicle moved through the repair process, assisted with transportation to Enterprise for a rental and arranged to have the rental picked up at Better Collision when my car was finished.

Megan was incredible. Can't say enough good things about her. She kept us informed every Tuesday and Thursday as promised. When anything came up last minute, she would even message on odd days to keep us informed. It was truly refreshing to see such great customer service. I will recommend Better Collision to anyone I encounter. Specially this location. They did an outstanding job both from the repairs and the customer service.

Alexis and Colby were very professional and pleasant to work with during my repairs. Alexis is a true professional and does an outstanding job in her customer service during your drop off and at the day of delivery. Colby was 100% honest with me when there was a mistake on the automated delivery date estimator. He was very apologetic of the mix-up and assured me that he would get to the bottom of the mistake and update me ASAP. I received his updated estimate within 30 minutes and I was very happy that he put a priority in making sure I knew what was going on with the status of the repairs to my vehicle. He's is a true professional with integrity and a desire to excel at his job. I couldn't be more confident in their work here at Better Collision.

Customer service was nice. I had to use my car for a trip shortly after it was done and I’ve had no problems with it. Everything looks as good as new and so far, best work I’ve seen done from a body shop in the Summerville area. They were also quick with getting it done even with the holidays. Highly recommend getting your vehicle done here.

Alexis was amazing from the start. She explained the process, gave realistic expectations of completion and walked me through the process. Colby was amazing throughout the process and answered any questions I had. As far as the repairs, I never expected them to be done as quickly as they were. The team was great and were able to finish the work on my vehicle very quickly during the holidays. Megan especially was very friendly and did a great job of keeping me in the loop with repair progress. Drop-off and pick-up were hassle-free and they were even able to take my rental car off my hands at the shop. I would absolutely consider taking my car here again if I have any future issues!
