Alexis was amazing from the start. She explained the process, gave realistic expectations of completion and walked me through the process. Colby was amazing throughout the process and answered any questions I had. As far as the repairs, I never expected them to be done as quickly as they were. Hopefully I won’t need Better anytime soon, but if I do, I will be back! Thanks guys!

The team was great and were able to finish the work on my vehicle very quickly during the holidays. Megan especially was very friendly and did a great job of keeping me in the loop with repair progress. Drop-off and pick-up were hassle-free and they were even able to take my rental car off my hands at the shop. I would absolutely consider taking my car here again if I have any future issues!
