The moment I contacted GEICO they directed me to you. JAMES (insurance adjuster) followed through and from the beginning with inspecting the car and getting the estimate I waited about a week and dropped off my car with a kind gentleman who was an employee who dropped me off at Enterprise for my rental which was a breeze and all details were good. (Jim ) said it may be a week or and sure enough I got the call from (Lauren) who also did an excellent job throughout this process. I was unable to retrieve my car on Friday due to my job as a Live in caregiver in WAIKOLOA however after I made the calls to the shop and GEICO all went well. James was able to waive the charge and totally appreciate how everything just went so smoothly and how professional everything is. The communication, great customer service, time was amazing and the car looks great! Wasn’t expecting the cleaning in and out of the car but I do appreciate all you did for me! This company was the best! Mike was very helpful in explaining everything. Robert made himself available to drive the vehicle to me. ( very close to the business). I gave one of the workers a hug out of excitement as the work done stunned me. It was minor to them but made it major to me! Thank you to you all at Big Island Collisuon. From the front to the back! You all are amazing! My car glistens! There was a hiccup and they were quick to resolve this! 100 percent in my book! Its not always what customers go through but how it is handled. You ate are amazing! Thank you.

Thanks for a great job, looks just like new. And on another note, thank you so much for working with me as far as a ride to the airport the day I dropped it off and then yesterday picking me up when I returned from the mainland. Saved me a lot of hassle trying to line up a ride from Kohala and above and beyond what I would ever ask for or expect from a body shop.
