My experience with Gerber Collision and the staff with Kevin as manager and the all the employees was amazing. Kevin was understanding of my needs, very knowledgeable of the work needed to be done and provided excellent customer service. All the staff including the body shop workers that repaired my collision and painted my truck were all exceptional.!

Overall, I know it’s an excellent shop and I’ve had very good performance therapy before, but things did not work out so well this time because of the part order malfunction.

I think Kevin and Allyssa are terrific and the work they do is excellent. The problem was that I ended up paying over $500 for a job that required a couple of clips ( because $400 in scans had to be paid) and the main job is still not done because the supplier sent the wrong part, and the new part is over $500 more than the old one. I’m just discouraged about it.

Repairs was fast and awesome job the bumper looks like it was never damaged, it was the first time taking any of my vehicles here and I'm very satisfied and will surly bring my vehicles here for repairs if ever I need to in the future!
