Very swift process from the initial appraisal to the delivery of our vehicle. Every staff member was courteous and professional. The paint work looks great. The updates and continued communication was a great touch. Will return if need any other autobody needs.

Experience and workmanship were excellent. The estimator did a good job of convincing my insurance company to go with a new part as opposed to a traditional repair. Work was excellent. This is our second time with Kraftsman working on our car. What I did learn is that body work is ridiculously expensive.

The Kraftsman team were friendly, had excellent communication on the process and timing. Finished a few days early and my car looked great! Hope I don’t need to go back, but I certainly would and highly recommend Kraftsman!
