I was very impressed and comfortable in my initial contact with Lauren. She was very friendly and patiently answered all of my questions as she explained the process of my repair and what to expect from my insurance company. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, walking me through the repairs needed, parts, cost and time required for completion. He did an outstanding repair job! Keeping me updated on progress was unexpected but very appreciated, too. The gentleman that washed my vehicle did an awesome job! It was completely cleaner than I left it! I knew I came to the right company to repair my vehicle as I arrived..The shop is well maintained, clean and organized. The office and staff of Big Island Collision Center is very welcoming, accommodating and professional! I completely trust all of you with my vehicle and repair needs! After being rear-ended, my car was sent to Big Island Collision Center. From the moment I walked in, Mike took great care of me. He was professional, kind, and very clear in explaining every step of the process. What really impressed me was how quickly they were able to resolve everything. The part for my rear bumper arrived fast, the paint work was excellent, and the installation was done with great attention to detail. The car looks perfect again. Mike guided me through the entire process and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and smooth. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work.
