Professional service all the way. The only thing they missed is they didn’t call me to let me know more parts would be needed and it would take a couple days longer than estimated. All is well that ends well, though.

I am so glad I chose Big Island Collision Repair. From start to finish everything was a smooth process. Everyone I spoke to and delt with were friendly and did an exceptional job. My truck looks amazing as they did such a great job making it look like there was never any damage on my truck at all. Even having to deal with my Decked drawer system, Cargo glide, side tool boxes and lumber rack they got it all back together just right! Mahalo Nui Loa 🤙🏼

It would be better to under promise and over deliver when providing an ETA on repairs.This is my second experience with Big Island Collision and both times the repair took a lot longer than estimated. In other words, donʻt say it could be done by the end of the week, when it is going to take at least a week to repair. That said, my car looks wonderful and I would highly recommend the company to others.

This wasn't our first time getting help from Big Island Collision. Each time we were treated with courtesy. The whole process was handled quickly, efficiently, and with professionalism. (We were glad for the tie-in with Enterprise for the rental car we needed while our car was in the shop.)

I am 1000% satisfied with the repair process. Easy process from beginning to end. The staff there are very friendly, fun to talk story with. They even let me bring in a last minute part to on my car for my safety check stickers. The repairs looks better then new. I highly consider everyone to using Big Island Collision for any repairs. The customer service was great, took my car in, left, and picked up when it was done. I had a loaner which the rental agents were already at the shop when I dropped my car off. The transition was smooth and easy, no hassles. When I picked up my car the workmanship was excellent, couldn't even tell there was any damage,.mahalo nui Big Island Collision for taking such good care of my car and my needs as a customer, I would definitely refer Big Island Collision to others.
