Simply put, I could NOT have had a better experience. When I backed into a phone pole in my church parking lot (how'd that get there) on Monday, July 8, and trashed the rear of my 23 Tahoe (months old), I thought there was NO way I could have it back for our summer road trip the first week of August. Thanks to GEICO pointing me to Bik's along with their great reviews (like this one), I made an appointment through GEICO for first thing the next day. At first glance, Mike also didn't think it too likely he could get it fixed by end of July. Then he got to work on the phone with his contacts, and managed to find the needed parts available in short order. Further, he had them expedited for delivery. Today (July 24!, time to spare) I picked up my Tahoe looking good as new! Mike (and GEICO) made everything as easy as possible in a painful and frustrating situation. His communication is open, timely and kindhearted. Just a good guy with a lot of experience who is really good at getting your car fixed right!!
