I would highly recommend this business. In addition to providing a very reasonable repair estimate, the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. They went the "extra mile" to keep me informed regarding the progress of work. Mishaps can occur in the parts supply chain but few service providers bother to proactively contact the customer like Mike did. My past experiences have resulted in only being informed of delays WHEN I CALL THEM inquiring about the status. Communication is the key to any good relationship. I feel as though I had an exception experience with Bik's.
