I appreciate the friendliness of office staff & the immediate availability of a rental car. It has been raining ever since I picked up the car, so I haven't looked closely at the repair, but I'm sure it will be fine, whenever the sun returns to shine on my beautiful black Tucson. ALSO, Thank you for cleaning the interior....it really needed it after a long winter.

Biks auto collision team was professional, informative, and quick with my car repair. Throughout my car drop off and pick up they sent me text messages informing me of any updates, link to their website, and when my car was ready to be picked up. They not only sent me text messages but called as well to speak directly to me and work with me and my schedule for drop off and pick up times. They did an excellent job with my repair and I would highly recommend sending your car to them.
