Michael was upfront about work that was to be done and what to expect. The hood and fender, grill all were aligned perfect. There is obviously pride in the work that is performed there. Due to extremely long lead times on some of the parts needed for the repair, there was a long wait period. I know that's out of Bik's control, but in the future, more periodic updates on the availability of parts would have been helpful. Otherwise the service and quality of work was very good.
