I interacted with Tommy, the woman at the front desk, and a dark-haired woman with braces. All three were very friendly and helpful. Car repairs are stressful. These three employees made everything easy, especially since Progressive Insurance made getting my vehicle repaired very difficult. The Bill Knight Collision team communicated with me on a regular basis and more than surpassed my expectations. The customer service I received from these three employees was exceptional. The quality of the work is also exceptional. My car looks better than it did before the accident. Thank you for the wash and detail, as well. I would recommend Bill Knight Collision to anyone needing car repairs.

Erich Lehman at Bill Knight Collision did a fantastic job. I dread dealing with insurance claims, but Erich sorted everything out on my behalf. He knew exactly how to approach the issue. I hope I don’t have to deal with another collision myself, but I would refer anyone who needs it to Erich.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs it. Having collision is a painful experience, so it’s very important to have as smooth and pleasant experience as possible doing the repairs. Bill Knight’s employees at 97th have definitely delivered that.

Erich Lehman did a fantastic job. He walked me through the process of how my insurance claim process would go and took care of all the insurance issues. I truly felt that he and the crew that fixed my car were working hard to restore my car to a pre-collision condition.

I cannot say enough great things about Erich at Bill Knight Collision and the outstanding customer service I received throughout the entire repair process. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful experience as smooth as possible. After my vehicle was hit by another driver, I ran into multiple issues with the rental car company regarding my insurance coverage. Even though those problems had nothing to do with Bill Knight Collision, Erich stepped in without hesitation to help. He took the time to contact both the insurance company and Enterprise on my behalf, making phone calls and helping resolve issues that I had been struggling with for days. That level of customer care is hard to find, and I truly appreciated having someone willing to advocate for me. The quality of the repairs was just as impressive. My vehicle looks almost brand new, and you would never know it had been involved in an accident. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. To top it all off, they completed the repairs earlier than the estimated completion date, which was a huge bonus and helped me get back to my normal routine sooner than expected.
