From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful experience as smooth as possible. After my vehicle was hit by another driver, I ran into multiple issues with the rental car company regarding my insurance coverage. Even though those problems had nothing to do with Bill Knight Collision, Erich stepped in without hesitation to help. He took the time to contact both the insurance company and Enterprise on my behalf, making phone calls and helping resolve issues that I had been struggling with for days. That level of customer care is hard to find, and I truly appreciated having someone willing to advocate for me. The quality of the repairs was just as impressive. My vehicle looks almost brand new, and you would never know it had been involved in an accident. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations.
