Interior door panel that was repaired was not returned in a clean condition. The repair looks professional and accurate.

My biggest issue with this experience was the lack of communication. During the repair process, I received text updates saying my car was almost complete. Based on those messages, I called to ask about picking it up, only to be told there had been a misunderstanding because the updates were automated. That was frustrating and misleading. Instead of giving me accurate information, the messages created false hope and wasted my time. Clear communication about the actual progress of my car could have prevented this. Unfortunately, the poor communication overshadowed the entire experience, and I would not choose this shop again. If you have Progressive insurance, I would recommend looking into other repair options before choosing this shop.
