Limited hours make scheduling drop off or pick up difficult. Your text system sent messages stating repairs would take more days but i got a call 2 hours later that repairs were done. The lack of cohesivness does not inspire confidence in your systems. You should be clear that you charge a processing fee for credit cards and do not take checks. I asked about the credit card fee over the phone but was not told about no checks policy. This made for an embarrassing incident when my sister was picking up my car. Our family has been bringing our vehicles there for 20 years plus. You do a very good job; the car looks great but the back office system issues I've experienced make me reconsider my loyalty.

Thank you to Lissette and Dominique at the front office who patiently abswered all my questions, gave me solid updates and were always cheerful and polite. They helped make a stressful situation feel much smoother. Al kept me in the loop mechanically speaking and it was ready right when he said it should be. Car even came back with cleaner floor mats! Thanks again.

B and L repaired my car after I was rear ended on the highway. They provided thorough information and professional communication. The office personnel were lovely and even arranged to return my rental car there-saving me extra time at rush hour. I would highly recommend-and am currently getting quotes for other body minor dent work for my car.
