B and L repaired my car after I was rear ended on the highway. They provided thorough information and professional communication. The office personnel were lovely and even arranged to return my rental car there-saving me extra time at rush hour. I would highly recommend-and am currently getting quotes for other body minor dent work for my car.

The ladies (Liz, Dominique and Lizette) did an excellent job!!! Aside from that they were respectful, accommodating and pleasant to talk to. The car was sent from another shop as a load level and all the work was not completed. My car is still at the original shop to finish the work that was missed at B&L.

All the staff members were very friendly while remaining professional and respectful. I won't name anyone in particular, because Everyone who entered the space I was waiting at, greeted me and were introduced to me by their supervisor.
