I felt very confident leaving my car with B&L they walked me through every step of the repair process! The made me feel like my car was the most important car they had! The text messages were great! Keeping me informed of each step was such a nice suprise! The workers were so kind and considerate! They understood how frustrating it is to have to give up your car and they were sympathetic! My car was immaculate when I picked it up and they even buffed out a little scratch on my mirror with out being asked! My car was finished a day early which was also a welcome suprise! Everyone from the receptionist to the repairman to the owners were completely professional during the time my car was there! I hope to not need B&L again but if I ever do I will not hesitate to go to B&L and I will reccomend them to everyone who needs work done on their car! I also appreciate how easy B&L worked with my insurance!
