The Shop Manager and CSR were outstanding. They really tried to help me get my car fixed within a given time frame. The car itself looked great and the interior and exterior cleanings were great. I had an issue with the estimator who let me know way too late that I needed to pick up my car in a really short notice that was difficult to manage on a Friday in the late afternoon. The Manager with really kind and stayed late so I could drop off my car in time.
