Ken Boyce opened the doors to Black Diamond Collision, Inc. in the fall of 2004 after more than 30 years in the automotive collision repair business working for local Ford and Chevrolet dealerships. The staff he has assembled all have been in the industry for a combined total of close to 100 years! Black Diamond Collision works with the customer to get answers to the unknown questions about the damage to the vehicle, as well as the claims process. Whether it is your first visit to a collision repair facility or the tenth, Black Diamond Collision will strive to repair your vehicle to factory specifications in as timely a manner as possible. If a rental car is needed our staff works with ALL rental car agencies in our area to provide choices for our customer.

The time it took to repair was a strain on transportation needs, over 30 days. The Toyota Camry had a black emblem and replaced with standard emblem. My car is the blackout XSE. So far everything else looks great and hopefully don’t need warranty but nice to know have if I should need it. I would give the collision shop a high rating and a place I would recommend my family and friends for their repairs. The business portrays a family unit business not corporate atmosphere. You are more than just a repair number.

They did a very good job with my TDI the paint work was superb, and so was the body work, only downside is they forgot the sound deadening in my driver door after swapping it but as soon as I mentioned they had no problem fitting me in asap to make it right, definitely would send all of my cars here!

Fourth vehicle I have brought to Black Diamond. All an excellent experience. We experienced supply chain issues on this last vehicle. Black Diamond went above and beyond to be sure I was first in line to get the final part to complete the repairs. I’m sure most other repair shops would have just waited and done nothing to get their customers parts in a timely manner. All work was completed on time. Everyone was so friendly. Communication was great. Everything was explained to me. It was a very enjoyable experience to have such nice ppl to work with and answer my questions. The job was done in less time than expected and the work looks great. The best of all was meeting Rider😁 sorry I don't remember the other dogs name, but they were so sweet.
