What surprised me was that Don’s attention to detail and focus actually exceeded my own, something I’ve never experienced from any kind of auto service facility. Typically the incentive isn’t there for a shop to produce that quality of work and communication— typically their focus is getting it done fast and cheap and see what low bar the customer accepts. Instead, Don was meticulous in every respect and answered all my questions (I had many) with friendliness, patience, and understanding.
