Ken Boyce opened the doors to Black Diamond Collision, Inc. in the fall of 2004 after more than 30 years in the automotive collision repair business working for local Ford and Chevrolet dealerships. The staff he has assembled all have been in the industry for a combined total of close to 100 years! Black Diamond Collision works with the customer to get answers to the unknown questions about the damage to the vehicle, as well as the claims process. Whether it is your first visit to a collision repair facility or the tenth, Black Diamond Collision will strive to repair your vehicle to factory specifications in as timely a manner as possible. If a rental car is needed our staff works with ALL rental car agencies in our area to provide choices for our customer.

I had an amazing experience with Black Diamond Collision. They did an excellent job fixing our vehicle, it honestly looks brand new again. You can tell they really take pride in their work and pay attention to every detail. From the moment we walked in, the ladies at the front were so friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions we had. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Nathan. He was incredible to work with, very understanding, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
