Ken Boyce opened the doors to Black Diamond Collision, Inc. in the fall of 2004 after more than 30 years in the automotive collision repair business working for local Ford and Chevrolet dealerships. The staff he has assembled all have been in the industry for a combined total of close to 100 years! Black Diamond Collision works with the customer to get answers to the unknown questions about the damage to the vehicle, as well as the claims process. Whether it is your first visit to a collision repair facility or the tenth, Black Diamond Collision will strive to repair your vehicle to factory specifications in as timely a manner as possible. If a rental car is needed our staff works with ALL rental car agencies in our area to provide choices for our customer.

This was actually my car. I am pleased with the work done on my car and , with the help of the owners and the staff. Everyone was helpful and easy to work with. The only issue I had was with the fact that it took over a week to fix a simple repair. I understand it was due to the paint booth being down a few days but it would have been helpful to know about the delay when it happened vs when I was expecting to pick it up. My car looks good. It's very difficult to distinguish any color differences following the paintwork that they did. Everything was done as recorded, and they followed up and fixed a couple minor items after we picked up the car.
