Ken Boyce opened the doors to Black Diamond Collision, Inc. in the fall of 2004 after more than 30 years in the automotive collision repair business working for local Ford and Chevrolet dealerships. The staff he has assembled all have been in the industry for a combined total of close to 100 years! Black Diamond Collision works with the customer to get answers to the unknown questions about the damage to the vehicle, as well as the claims process. Whether it is your first visit to a collision repair facility or the tenth, Black Diamond Collision will strive to repair your vehicle to factory specifications in as timely a manner as possible. If a rental car is needed our staff works with ALL rental car agencies in our area to provide choices for our customer.

I am very pleased with the professional job done on the repair. I assumed it would be superficial job but the technician broke down the estimate and explained that replacement s were needed with irreparable composite components and radiator mounts. The expertise is evident in knowing what would be needed to bring my car back to tip top shape inside and out. The front staff was polite, friendly and timely updates were provided via text. My only complaint is that the front quarter of the vehicle looks better than the rest. :-) Seriously, thank you to the entire team. I couldnt have aaked for a better experience.
