Ken Boyce opened the doors to Black Diamond Collision, Inc. in the fall of 2004 after more than 30 years in the automotive collision repair business working for local Ford and Chevrolet dealerships. The staff he has assembled all have been in the industry for a combined total of close to 100 years! Black Diamond Collision works with the customer to get answers to the unknown questions about the damage to the vehicle, as well as the claims process. Whether it is your first visit to a collision repair facility or the tenth, Black Diamond Collision will strive to repair your vehicle to factory specifications in as timely a manner as possible. If a rental car is needed our staff works with ALL rental car agencies in our area to provide choices for our customer.

They do no comunícate at all my car was turn in dirty they send my car to a Nissan off hickory they did an awful job also an they gave me my car back with in days my car broke down again I would never bring my car there also my paint colo won't match ..

Really nice people and friendly. Only thing I had issues is with was being informed on the status of my car, but other than that. Everything was done well, and they got back with me quickly after to fix up some other issues we had. Thanks for all the work.
