I am very satisfied with the work that was done. My car looked liked it did when I got it from the dealership, they cleaned it real good the paint job was perfect couldn’t tell where the damages were and the paint job was perfect match to original color was buffed up and shiny.

Although some things were very impressionable about service at Black Tie Collision (in-person customer service very friendly and fast, no waiting; service over the phone was great, always picked up and returned calls; received a verbal guarantee of customer satisfaction when I picked up the car) in my opinion, repairs took way too long. I brought the car in on June 24th and received notification that it was in the repair stage on June 30th. The trunk area was damaged but, the car was still driveable and the camera was still in tact. I wasn't expecting to be out of my vehicle for over a month.

Things look okay. The trunk was repaired. I picked up the car Monday and it was stiff and a little squeaky. Today is Thursday and it's still that way.

The staff were super attentive, informative with step by step updates as to what was being done. My car was needing cleaning when I left it there and when I picked it up it was washed and vacuumed. Great job on the repair. I’d recommend them for sure.
