This is the second time i got my car there and both times had bad experience. First time a new damage happened but manager claimed it was already there and showed me the images from the back of their shop and argued it was already there and didn’t provided me any proof from outside where i actually dropped my car and no prior damage was documented. Second time i brought my car twice for repairs but were not taken care well. Even after bringing car two times for repair, bumper is not fixed yet and still popping out. Manager was arguing its is fine like this rather than fixing it. Second they didn’t fixed the trunk paint at first and when i left it again there, to get it fixed after a long calls with insurance they just used the touchup paint. Really not satisfied with the repair quality.

It was frustrating because while the quality of the paint repair was great, there are clear panel gaps from the installed fender I had to bring back. Also, the alignment was not done correctly as the steering wheel still needs to be turned to the left in order to keep the car straight on the road. I shouldn’t have had to bring this back and it should have been done right for both parts the first time. Honestly kinda disappointed. the fender liner was not seated properly, ive had to bring my car back for an alignment issue, and will have to bring it again for the same alignment issue. what happened? we have had great experiences with cubbage in the past.

I asked the estimator to give me a quote for the door handle, and he said he would, but he never did. I know this should be covered by the insurance, but I'll pay for it myself.
