Good morning. Where do I start!!! the first day I walked into the Black-Tie Business Office I was greeted by a concern staff; I knew I was in the right place. The repairs on my car were done as promised. I will always refer anyone I come in contact with needing repairs on their vehicle I will tell them without a doubt, please go to "BLACK TIE COLLISION"!! I'm going back to the office to get business cards and to have with me at all times. Lastly, again I commend the staff, Black Tie Office environment, beautiful, not one time was I made to feel my concerns were not important. I received weekly emails concerning the status of the repairs. Not to say I'm hoping to have my car needing repairs again, I will always stop by the office to have a cup of coffee, and I was invited!! Thank God for your business.
