I’m 77 years old and was so amazed of how the young lady in front office treaded me with such kindness and respect, its a wonderful feeling to see the young respect the elders. The you for her.

I must admit it was disappointing to be told my vehicle was ready, only to arrive and be told I would need to return at a later date when an additional part arrives to complete the repair. I should have been told that up front.
