The team lead by owner Kandi was fantastic. They went beyond my expectations. This whole thing was stressful for me and they made the bodies a breeze,they went beyond by make sure my car was ready for Christmas eve when they didn't have two. I informed with daily updates which I liked they went on my behalf with paper to my adjuster advised me of every penny being charged which was nice and help with claims,get a car and picked. Just being there through everything. And when I saw the work it again beyond my expectations. They made sure broken glass was cleaned out of inside and the out was done so nice I could have cried. Thank you again Kandi and your hard working team for helping this senior get through this.

I definitely would recommend im very picky and I worry about anyone touching my stuff but I'd recommend highly coming hear they work with the insurance for you make sure everything is done right.

The staff and owner Kandi are fantastic, just before holiday had my car was vandalized and I pick this company for my repairs. From day one they listened to my needs on how to continue to finish working, walked around the car with me and listened to what happened, they saw things I did not.They assisted me with a rental and made sure I got picked up and taken to rental car place,they gave me daily updates on my repairs and if I called Kandi again listening would help me figure out next step. They worked even on the weekend to get car done 5 day's ahead of schedule..then when picking up car, she noticed damages on repairs made phone calls had new part was brought in and my car was updated quickly with new parts and I'm ready for the New Year. Thank Kandi and staff your the best I truly recommend Black Tie repairs for insurance work.

Job done in a timely manner. If I had a newer vehicle I would have possibly been more picky. It's just an old work van. The young man at the front was honest and worked to get the van out before the date that was texted to me.
