The service was fine and my car looks great. My only complaint is that it took two days longer than projected to complete the job. The papers say the job could take extra time if other problems are found, but only one small, extra thing was done so that wasn't the problem. It was very frustrating and inconvenient for me and my family.

I did not know Blue Ribbon was more than a body shop. It was awesome to get some upholstry work done while getting minor body damage fixed.

Did a great job, car looks good as new. Only thing that was missed was the window shade hooks on the rear door but not a big deal. Will use again, but hope we don’t have too!
