Through no fault of the BR Team, the pickup was in the shop 21 days. This was due to a replacement part that was received damaged which delayed the repair. Must be a supplier/shipper problem. I was told it happens often. That’s hard on a business and the customer. I do appreciate the communication throughout the repair though. 😊

Having some issues like the headlight that was installed is only working intermittently and receiving a bunch of errors related to my DEF system but Sheldon has helped get me set up close to home to get those taken care of.

Customer service was amazing. The team kept me up-to-date on the progress of my huge repair and even went above and beyond to help me pick it up when it was ready. Unfortunately, we ran into some issues after we got out of Montana but the team is going above and beyond to help me get that repaired close to home for me.
