I read a lot about the customer experience and the reviews on google are quite negative so I almost didn’t go with Bluebonnet. To be honest there is a lot of room for improvement. I am happy with the repair but with so many repair shops to choose from I think you can do a lot better.

Bobbie was great but everyone else were horrifically incompetent- tech let it go as "repaired" with an unadjustable headlite, huge gap between the hood and fender that i pointed out when dropping it off, and a fender/bumper alignment issue- just very shoddy work. I brought it back, they fixed everything but then oversprayed the truck while it sat in the lot! I also called to see about getting a loaner and left 3 messages and never got a callback once! This was not hertz but bluebonnets people. I will not be back i assure you of that. Completely disappointed in the quality of work and lack of communication. Again, bobbie was great she just has not much to work with when no one takes pride in their work

Communication was horrible. Had bumper replaced and took almost 3 weeks. We picked up vehicle on a Tuesday while they were waiting for a part and we were supposed to bring the vehicle back once the part arrived. On Monday it took 2 phone calls to finally hear back that the bumper was completely fixed when we picked it up on Tuesday last week. Lack of communication
