It took way too long to fix my car. Phone calls were not being returned. The drivers door is still having issues closing. The hinge is off. I was charge $135 for vin sticker when bluebonnet is the one who throw it away. On top of that I was charge full price not employee pricing. Spouse works for Bluebonnet. There is still an orange peel texture all over my car. They said that would be taken can of and it wasn’t. Overall a bad experience. Probably will not return for any future needs.

Top of the line experience of all of our service we have received from Bluebonnet Collision Center ever thanks to Nik Williamson. We didn't have to wait for weeks to get it fixed, & that includes the truck window that came back broken from the shop that had to be returned. Got it back in a day. Great service again twice! Nik Williamson kept us involved with any and all Issues, etc. Couldn't be any better, & we even teased him once, & he survived. You have to be a professional, but also need to be friendly to pass & he did. Thank you, Nik, for the best service ever, & please don't ever leave Bluebonnett Collision.
