The repair work is excellent. I am pleased with the repair. I think your shop has a problem. When l dropped the vehicle off it had three quarters of a tank of fuel. When l picked it up it only had a little over a quarter tank of fuel.

Your shop needs to consult with the owner of the vehicle on whether or not OEM parts are going to be used in the vehicles repair. If the insurance company does not want to use OEM parts that should be told to me so I can have the conversation with them. There was an option for OEM parts to be used with State Farm after speaking to State Farm and looking at their policy, I was not given that opportunity communication needs to be improved. If you can take the time to call me about what color I want the bumper to be you can let me know that the bumper is non-OEM. This was not my insurance company and I should’ve been afforded the opportunity to to be a part of the decision and in no way authorized you all to negotiate for me.
