Despite the minor issues I had, the inconvenience of having to pay for a rental, the way Nick handled my claim very well would make me come back to this body shop again.

Nick was awesome to work with. He handled my claim very well. Unfortunately attention to detail in the actual service department needs improvement. When I picked up my vehicle I had to wipe driver side interior door and handle because it was left very dirty. Also, there were several areas of over-spray on my vehicle that I had to get addressed at a later time as well as a fish-eye imperfection that needed to get worked on. Also, when I took my vehicle in I was told that I would have it back the same day and I’m hoping that is the case. It surprised me that being that I dropped off the vehicle for warranty work I had to pay out of pocket for my rental because I needed a vehicle for work today.

What a GREAT experience! The entire staff from the front desk (Cassie) to my supervisor (Bobbie) and everyone in between were just wonderful. They gave me no reason to worry and knew they would take care of me and my truck - and they did just that! Very thankful for the service provided and my truck is back in businessss!
