Good job, did fail to move my pike pass to the new windshield required some phone time to correct billings and get new pass I’m happy with the work

I’m happy with the job. One disappointment the turnpike pass was not transferred to the new windshield. I’ve had to make several phone calls to hopefully get the correct billing on my turnpike charges going to Kansas. That is the only negative.

Two proposals. Latest was to repair the life gate. You replaced it costing us $3,000 more than we had agreed. And we are stuck without any options. You gave our representative the wrong proposal. Upper management committed a wrong and nothing we could do. Will not go back to you! And will not recommend you!

Our first estimate was replace the lift gate. Then we decided to repair the lift gate to save money on our 7 year old car. Which was our second estimate. When we took the car in Bluebonnet for repair they decided to go with the first estimate. Was not the agreement! So we spent $3,000 more than we anticipated. Our representative was not to blame. It was upper management who made a decision without calling us to confirm. Poor customer service from upper management team. Will not use them again. And will not recommend them.
