Our vehicle was damaged by employees and we have not heard back yet after bringing it down to show the new damage. An OEM part that was fixed with our original repair is defective and needs fixed which we have also not heard back about after being told we would be called about both. The lady who answered the phone and came our when we first got there was very rude. Had she been our only encounter I would never come back. The original employee who checked us in for the original repair was friendly and came out during the second encounter.

My experience was so effortless. Bob Maloney Collision Center took care of everything. They took my car for an estimate, had someone from Enterprise to take me to my rental car. Updated me on the progress. THey also had it done a day early. My car looked beautiful, left the rental with them. All done with such efficientcy.

Wow!!! Exceptional service. Great communication. My car was completed two days early! The repair itself was flawless. It’s like it never happened. They had the rental car ready when I arrived, and they handled the return of the rental car too. Great team of people to work with. I just can’t say enough about them.
