Ryan in the Collison Center kept me up to date on the status of the repairs to my SUV. He even notified my car rental agency when the my SUV wasn't going to be ready on the original date due to them receiving a defective part so the rental agency could extend the rental time period. The SUV looked good as new when we picked it up. We were very, very pleased with the total repair process with Bob Sight Ford. We highly recommend them. Way to go Bob Sight Ford for a great job done!
