I understand that there were supply chain delays which were out of Bob Sights control. The service that was provided was excellent otherwise. The automated notification system was a great touch and my vehicle was finished faster than the projected pick up date. It looks like nothing ever happened and my wife (who actually drives the vehicle) is extremely happy to have her "baby" back.
