I received a email almost everyday it 1 say prior to completion after which communication ceased until I contacted the repair center. After doing so there was still no definite response. This form of communication is unacceptable.

The car had a full tank of gas and was cleaned and detailed before I brought it in for work. I got it back dirty with a pungent oder and half a tank of gas. It is running kind of weird now. It barely lets me get up to or passed 6 RPMs. There is a rattling noise coming from the engine like a spark plug is loose or something. I am having to press down hard on the brakes and gas to get it to go or stop or accelerate. Also needing to prepare more time than usual to go or stop or accelerate.
