This is the second time I have taken a car to you all, and for the same reason, to replace a regulator in a door (different door each time, of course).

If I hadn't been satisfied with your service, you wouldn't have seen me the second time! You all were professional, told me the truth, and did the work in the time that you had estimated. Plus, you are reasonable. The waiting area was nice, even having bottles of cold water and a bag of chips if a customer wanted.

You were easy to work with, and much more reasonable than the dealership. Just the fact that you were able to find a used part that was in good shape, that saved me a lot of money, meant a lot. And I don’t think I was even in the building for more than 20 minutes before it was installed, and I was out the door.
