Bob sight staff was extremely friendly! I gave a slightly lower score due to when we left with our car, five minutes down the road a piece became unlatched from under the car and we had to pull over. Bob sight was great and sent someone out to fix it but that is a pretty dangerous situation…

We couldn't have asked for better service than what we received from the team at Bob Sight. It's refreshing to see a team that takes pride in their work. It seems that's uncommon these days. My husband was impressed that Jason the body man came out to go over the repairs with him.

The only ‘complaint’ I would have is being told to bring my vehicle in on Thursday and it should be ready by Monday latest. When I called to check on Monday I was told the parts had not been ordered and it would take a few more days. On Friday I called to explain my situation. I was told I could take the truck for the holiday weekend but need to bring it back Tuesday. It was completed the following Thursday - two weeks after the initial drop-off date. Why wasn’t I asked to bring it in when the parts were ready and the truck could be worked on??

I got my rear fixed. They fixed everything fine but one of my exhaust is perfect looking now and the other looks like crap. I thought when they fixed it they would make them match.
